Detroit Speed’s FN988 Torque Arm assembly sets the standard for precision and performance in differential design. The integrated torque arm mount eliminates the need for additional brackets common in 9” axle housing swaps, improving the tight packaging constraints in 3rd/4th gen F-Bodies.

Each case is cast from high strength nodular iron and machined to exacting tolerances. Forged steel bearing caps further increase strength in high horsepower application.

Assembled with a 31 spline True-Trac Differential, Ford Racing gear sets, high quality bearings and heavy-duty 1350 yoke ensures durability under modern power levels, making it ideal for high-horsepower LS and LT builds.

Detroit Speed offers REM polished gear sets to further improve the operation of the rear differential assembly. Look for “-R” on the part number for optional REM treatment.
